The Experience
Behind the Enterprise

Seth C. Hilliard, President of Turtle Creek Oil Company

SETH C. HILLIARD

President

Seth C. Hilliard serves as President of Turtle Creek Oil Company. Over four decades in the oil business have taken him through the drilling and development of numerous wells throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana, and through the changing fortunes of the oil business.

He is responsible for the general direction of the Company, the commitment of its capital, and the conduct of its affairs. His experience has been acquired not in abstraction, but in the practical circumstances of drilling, operating and investing in oil and gas properties over many years. It is an experience formed by decisions made in the field, by changing markets, and by the long intervals over which an oil property must be judged.

ALEXIS E. HILLIARD

Executive Vice President

Alexis E. Hilliard serves as Executive Vice President of Turtle Creek Oil Company, overseeing the administrative affairs upon which the orderly conduct of the Company's business depends.

Her responsibilities include the Company's records and correspondence, financial administration, and the many particulars involved in the proper conduct of its affairs. She attends to the administrative details that support the Company's business and ensure that its day-to-day matters remain in good order.

In a business often measured by wells drilled and barrels produced, much of the work that sustains an enterprise is necessarily quieter. Her responsibility is to see that this work is attended to with consistency, accuracy and care.

Larry Ewing, Vice President, Land and Minerals at Turtle Creek Oil Company

LARRY EWING

Vice President, Land & Minerals

Three decades in the oil fields have given him a breadth of experience across the life of an oil and gas property. His career has encompassed the acquisition of mineral interests, drilling and production, and the practical demands of field operations across several of the country's principal producing regions.

At Turtle Creek Oil, he is responsible for the acquisition and management of mineral interests and for the Company's relationships with service companies, contractors, utilities, and partners involved in field operations, power generation and cogeneration.

His experience is principally that of the field: the properties themselves, the people who work upon them, and the practical considerations that govern their development and operation. It is a knowledge acquired over time, accompanied by an appreciation for the economics, logistics and uncertainties inherent in the oil business.
